Récolte d'octobre 2026 en Sicile.
Cuvée réalisée à partir d'un assemblage de variétés autochtones siciliennes.
- Nos olives sont cultivées biologiquement et récoltées tôt, en début de saison, lorsqu'elles sont encore vertes.
- Nous les pressons à froid dans les 12 heures à l’aide d’un système à faible impact oxygène.
- Nous filtrons l’huile à travers des panneaux de cellulose pour éliminer 100 % des résidus, ce qui permet d’améliorer la stabilité de l’huile au cours du temps.

olixir® présente un bouquet fruité, s’ouvrant sur des notes élégantes d’olives vertes, suivies de touches fraîches et herbacées d’herbes sauvages et d’artichaut, pour se terminer sur une pointe de poivre noir.

En bouche, il est bien équilibré et harmonieux. Les sensations gustatives et rétro-nasales s’accordent et subliment ses arômes. Il révèle fièrement un degré agréable d’amertume et de piquant, témoignant de la présence de polyphénols.

1. The high concentration of polyphenol-antioxidants in olixir® protects blood lipids from oxidation. The European Food Safety Authority - EFSA - has validated the results of a series of clinical studies linking polyphenols in extra virgin olive oil and cardiovascular health. Polyphenols present in olive oil have been shown to contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress, a key factor in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Olive oil must have a certain polyphenol content to have this beneficial impact and must be consumed daily at a rate of 20-30 g, the equivalent of 2-3 tablespoons.
