If you buy from Switzerland
DELIVERY
Deliveries are ensured by the Swiss Post, from Monday to Saturday, depending on the option chosen by the Customer when validating the Order. Delivery means the transfer of physical possession of the Products to the Customer (the “Delivery”). The Delivery costs applicable to the Order are those indicated on the Site at the time of the Order.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, specifying that this must be the residence address of the Customer, of a natural person of his choice or of a legal person (delivery to his company).
If it is impossible to make the Delivery, due to an incorrect delivery address or the Customer's failure to collect his/her Order at the selected collection point, no reshipment will be possible and the Customer will be refunded (excluding delivery costs) within 30 days of receipt of the Order by FOOD FOR HEALTH.
FOOD FOR HEALTH delivers orders within a maximum period of 2-5 working days for delivery in Switzerland. This period is counted starting from the first working day following validation of the Order.
In order for these terms to be respected, the Customer must ensure that he has communicated accurate and complete information relating to the delivery address (such as, in particular: house number, street number, stair number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
FOOD FOR HEALTH cannot be held responsible for delivery delays not caused by it or justified by a case of force majeure (as defined below).
If the Delivery Term is exceeded, the Customer may request cancellation of the sale and obtain, within a maximum period of 30 days from his request to do so, a refund of the sums paid on the occasion of the Order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, FOOD FOR HEALTH cannot be held responsible for any harmful consequences resulting from a delay in delivery, as only reimbursement of the Product by FOOD FOR HEALTH is possible, excluding any other form of compensation.
